Senior Process Engineer – Process Transformation & Value Realization
Position Summary
The Senior Process Engineer will lead divisional process improvement and transformation initiatives that drive measurable business value, operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes for the Tax and Accounting (TAA) Division. This role combines deep process engineering expertise with strategic execution capabilities, helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and implement improvements across people, process, technology, and governance.
This is an individual contributor position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process assessments across business functions and value streams.
Design future-state workflows, operating models, and governance structures aligned with strategic objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, digital transformation, and workflow optimization.
Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation strategies.
Establish value cases and track realization of expected benefits.
Develop KPI frameworks, operational scorecards, and value dashboards.
Promote continuous improvement, value-stream thinking, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
7–10+ years in process engineering, transformation, operational excellence, consulting, program management, or related fields.
Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Strong process mapping, workflow redesign, and operating model expertise.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
Lean Six Sigma background (Black Belt, preferred)

Compensation:
$89,600.00 - $157,000.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Experience eliciting and documenting functional and detailed requirements, including process flows
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder communication
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
- Experience with Data Analysis platforms (PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management and process mapping tools (JIRA, Monday.com, Asana; Microsoft Visio, Signavio)
- Experience developing investment cases, business requirements briefs, and system/functional requirements
