- Manages the complete sales cycle within the area /segment, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met while supporting tendering, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with area-based /segment customers and partners, serving as the primary contact to address needs and represent the company locally.
- Provides regular sales performance reports and market insights, monitors KPIs, and recommends improvements based on competitor activity and performance gaps.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports the development of sales staff through training and mentorship, and promotes a high-performance branch culture.
