We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join our Pat McGrath counter within H beauty Bristol. As Brand Manager you will providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer, and be the go-to expert on all things Pat McGrath.

Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market through our H beauty standalone stores across the UK. H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and H beauty brand.

You will:

  • Build relationships with our brand partners will come naturally to you. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the industry you love to work collaboratively, acting as a key link between Harrods and your brands.
  • Attend all required brand training sessions and you will become a Training Ambassador for the store, sharing your newly found knowledge on upcoming product launches with your colleagues in sessions such as team briefs.
  • Oversee the stock operation for your brands, ensuring an accurate stock file is maintained.
  • Help us wow every H beauty customer as they come into store. You will be responsible for maintaining your visual merchandising to both H beauty and brand standards, liaising with external and internal VM teams on VM updates.
  • Regularly review trade and share insights and recommendations with your Assistant Manager, along with providing quality feedback weekly in a constructive manner to the brand and relevant buying teams.
