We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both – three days in the office and up to two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end briefing, development, and delivery of key global LEGO Brand campaigns.
Develop and manage campaign resourcing plans – including budget, team structure, and project timelines.
Oversee all creative communications to ensure they align with campaign strategy and objectives.
Act as the central connector for marketing, enabling, and planning teams to ensure alignment.
Proactively lead campaign workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Working closely with the Senior Campaign Operations Manager, coordinate communications and troubleshoot issues across various collaborators – such as local marketing teams and executive leadership.
Capture insights and important findings to consistently improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency year after year.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven marketing experience with a strong track record in delivering complex, integrated campaigns across multiple markets.
Experience working within a global brand and a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency in crafting and implementing new procedures and encouraging consensus among diverse collaborators.
Skilled at navigating complexity and turning multiple priorities into a clear, cohesive plan.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to distill complex information and inspire confidence.
A proactive, resilient self-starter who takes initiative, mobilizes others, and overcomes challenges with energy and focus.
Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust at all levels.

A strong understanding of pop culture and youth trends.
