Job Description

We are looking for an expertise with hands-on experience in branding and digital marketing, robust e-commerce fundamentals and the ability to localize global strategies into actionable digital priorities. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to formulate execution-driven plans, collaborate closely with sales and external stakeholders, forge partnerships through effective negotiation, demonstrate strong ownership, excellent communication skills, data analyst and a commercial executive mindset.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans (including activations) for the assigned portfolio to recruit more kids and shoppers based on key consumer/shopper and media insights

  • Collaborate strongly with multiple collaborators including internal Marketing sub-teams, Sales teams, Operations teams and regional Marketing teams

  • Work closely with sales teams and distributor partners to implement marketing activities in certain key channels or markets represented by distributors

  • Lead relationships with external media agency and IP partners to generate strong and sustainable demand

  • Develop a comprehensive view of key business drivers incorporating all aspects of marketing/business and lead/influence to change them as required

  • Learn by tracking and analyzing business and campaign performance versus plan via After Action Reviews, benchmarking executions from other business units & other brands

  • Contribute to short-term planning to meet consumer sales goals for the month, while also considering long-term strategies to implement the global strategy in our markets

Do you have what it takes?

  • 6-8 year experience in business/marketing or equivalent experience

  • Experience in branding and digital marketing, preferably in branded goods industry in categories such as: Fashion/ Novelty Retail, Luxury, FMCG, Sports, Snacks/Beverages

  • Strong strategic, digital and comprehensive end to end thinking, ability of translating global/regional strategy into local priorities for Digital Marketing with a commercial attitude

  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce

  • Strong collaborator and able to work across various internal functions and external partners, in particular with Sales teams

  • Strong ownership & Can-do demeanor

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with analytical mind

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to build alliances and partnerships with external partners through excellent negotiation skills
