You'll play a unique dual role, partnering with global teams to build and drive communications systems, capabilities and operations that power SK-II around the world, while bringing those ideas to life across Southeast Asia through creators, media and social platforms.
You'll work at the intersection of brand, culture, communications and social—combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling, executional and operational  excellence to transform campaigns into conversations that people want to join.

What You'll Own
  • Design & Lead Social-First Brand Communications

Support design of global social first campaigns by turning social listening, creator trends and insights into actionable talkable opportunities. This includes supporting the developments of creator briefs, press releases and creator experiences.

Drive amplification across Southeast Asia by partnering with local markets, creators and agency partners to deliver talkable, culturally relevant, insight-led activations that drive business impact. Build and protect SK-II reputation in the South East Asia Region.

  • Build and Nurture Creator & Cultural Ecosystem

Support building long-term relationships with PITERA™ insiders, creators, celebrities, publishers and communities across Southeast Asia while identifying emerging voices to drive talkability and cultural while ensuring brand fit and brand safety.

  • Own Global Communications Operations & Stewardship

Build and continuously improve the communications systems and operating rhythms that power SK-II worldwide. Drive campaign planning, launch toolkits, governance, communications documentation and best practices while ensuring operational excellence across every initiative.
Manage budgets, trackers, timelines, reporting and agency coordination with precision and strong stewardship. Proactively identify risks, simplify processes and leverage AI-enabled ways of working to help the team operate more efficiently and effectively.

Role Requirements
  • 3–5 years' experience in Brand Communications, social media, Influencer Marketing, PR or Digital Marketing with proven track record of delivering measurable brand, social and business impact.
  • Experience in beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands preferred.
  • Naturally curious, proactive self-starter with growth mindset, who embraces continuous learning, takes ownership and confidently navigates dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Deep understanding and experience with Southeast Asia's creator and social ecosystem (Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit, X) with instinct for what earns attention, drives conversations and builds communities.
  • Passion to bring to life high-impact, social first and disruptive communication
  • Experience supporting reputation management, issues and crisis communications
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and editorial judgment, with experience managing diverse stakeholders across teams
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines while delivering with excellence
  • Strong operational discipline with experience managing budgets, trackers, governance and agency partners while driving execution with precision and accountability.
  • AI-curious with hands on experience using AI tools to enhance communication with winning AEO/GEO visibility, content development or workflow efficiency
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language (Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu or Thai) and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
