Brand & Campaign Senior Manager (Contract Paternity Cover)
We are looking for an experienced Brand & Campaign Senior Manager to join FNZ on a 7-month contract covering paternity leave.
Ideally based in Edinburgh, London, Brno, or Prague, you will report to the Group CMO and be responsible for shaping FNZ’s creative vision, brand strategy and designing and delivering campaigns, and events. This role offers the opportunity to lead major projects from end to end, ensuring high-impact, innovative creative execution.
You will be collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding work. Managing complex projects from concept to execution, you will bring a hands-on approach, strong design expertise, and a track record of delivering exceptional campaigns and creative solutions.

Location:
On-site hybrid, preferably based in Edinburgh, London, Brno, or Prague.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end large-scale, high-impact marketing & employee brand campaigns across multiple channels, often on a global scale. Oversee the entire process from concept development and budgeting to execution, ensuring alignment with FNZ’s strategic goals.

Event Management: Plan and execute events, managing everything from initial concept and budgeting to logistics, design, and on-the-ground execution. Ensure events deliver maximum impact while maintaining FNZ’s brand presence and messaging.

Creative Direction & Brand Management: Ensure global brand consistency by providing exceptional creative direction across all touchpoints, including campaigns, social media, and events. Oversee projects and processes, working closely with internal and external teams, including regional agencies, to produce compelling creative work at speed.

Project Management & Collaboration: Oversee timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing initiatives. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to translate briefs into high-quality, visually impactful creative work. Build and manage key relationships to drive collaboration, efficiency, and alignment with FNZ’s strategic goals.

Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies, bringing fresh, creative ideas to every project. Continuously push the boundaries of FNZ’s creative output.
Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Experience: 10+ years in brand, marketing, and creative leadership, with a strong track record in end-to-end campaign and event management.

Experience working in B2B technology, financial services, fintech, or a similar industry.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and relevant tools.

Video Production: Experience in corporate and creative video production, including a working knowledge of motion graphics principles.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Agency Management: Skilled in managing external agencies to ensure high-quality output and ROI.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful creative work.
