About the Role:

We’re looking for a Brand and Creative Marketing Designer to elevate and steward Pager Health’s visual identity across brand, marketing, and sales touchpoints. This role blends visual identity management with revenue-focused design execution – translating complex healthcare and AI-driven concepts into compelling designs that resonate with health plan decision-makers.

This visual storyteller will own end-to-end creation of high-quality marketing and sales enablement assets that convey the company’s brand narrative, differentiation, and product value. Ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic impact, this designer will translate complex data and ideas into persuasive creative that excites audiences and moves prospect conversations forward.

Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Growth Leadership, this role will shape Pager Health’s go-to-market storytelling and how the brand shows up to clients, executives, partners, prospects, and members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Advance and steward Pager Health’s visual brand identity across marketing and sales channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our evolving market position.
  • Create high-impact visual narratives for digital marketing, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, social media, thought leadership, video/motion, and web.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and architect persuasive presentation stories for buyers and RFP responses.
  • Translate complex and data-heavy healthcare and AI concepts into clear, compelling visuals, including charts, diagrams, frameworks, and infographics.
  • Develop scalable templates, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks that improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
  • Own management of the design and media library, maintaining quality control and version integrity.
  • Support Growth and executive leadership with polished, data-driven presentations for internal strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide graphic design support for member engagement, including client-branded assets across email, digital assets, and direct mail
  • Introduce modern design approaches and leverage emerging tools, including AI-enabled software, to increase efficiency and creative impact.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling.
  • Proven ability to build narrative arcs that clearly articulate problem, solution, value, and differentiation for sophisticated buyers.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Braze, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and related design and motion tools; proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles across both brand and revenue-facing materials.
  • Experience working in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or similarly complex industries is preferred.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Growth Leadership, influencing storytelling and establishing structure.
  • Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • A builder’s mindset: you enjoy improving systems, elevating standards, and moving work forward without waiting for perfect inputs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline (graphic design, interaction design, brand and product design, marketing, or media) and/or possess equivalent work experience is a plus.

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
