Cultural Alignment

The culture at Pager Health is described as collaborative and mission driven.  Even in our remote environment, our amazing WE Team sets up local in person bonding opportunities such as happy hours and volunteer outings, as well as virtual get togethers- we've done some really cool  game nights and virtual escape rooms, and have made lots of fun cocktails together over the holidays!  In a recent survey, over 94% of employees reported that they feel very well supported by their direct managers.

 

Team Dynamics & Collaboration

Collaboration at Pager Health is described as very cross-functional and agile, with employees pointing to shared tools like Slack and Notion as making it very simple. Employees also note that shared KPIs and a focus on our overall company scorecard each year help departments stay aligned.

 

Recognition Practices

Employee recognition at Pager Health happens through all-hands celebrations and structured "People's Choice Awards" which happen two times a year.   These awards are tied are  to our company values and generally recognize between 5-7 people each cycle.   Informally, we have a a "high-five" slack channel in which leaders and peers are constantly recognizing employees for their contributions, both large and small.   When you need a smile, visiting that channel will surely do it!.

We work with 6 main "working values" in mind:   Ownership mindset, Execution, Prioritization, Speed, Metrics, and Accountability.  Employees rely on each other to operate with these at the forefront of how they show up for the company and for one another.   We value the opinions of our employees immensley,  and to ensure we are hearing from everyone, we conduct anonymous opinion surveys twice a year to get a pulse on how employees are feeling and what is important to them.   We then take the feedback and create action plans to continue whats working and improve upon areas of opportunity.  Our employees are our greatest asset!
