We need an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to keep our finances in order. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage accounting processes from start to finish and coordinate closely with our operations and sales teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating accounting records and software daily.
- Preparing monthly management accounts without supervision.
- Creating and tracking budgets.
- Handling reconciliations, reporting, and basic compliance tasks.
- Working with sales and operations to match financials with business activity.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience who can work independently.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Able to stay organized and deliver accurate numbers on time.
