Job Description

The BIM Manager will be responsible for delivering projects to BIM Execution Plan, developing and contributing to a wider Architecture & Design digital strategy and implementing and promoting the benefits of smarter automated ways of working. Supporting delivery teams in ensuring that projects run smoothly, and project information models are delivered to the project requirements. The role involves working closely with BIM coordinators who are responsible for managing the digital process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM Implementation strategy & deliver complex international projects.
  • BIM Execution – create & maintain the project’s documentation.
  • Technical Support – establish data-integrated workflows for buildings projects & provide support, guidance & training to project teams.
  • Digital Technology & Content Management – oversee the production of smart object content, templates & libraries in the context of the project, managing the best practice use of digital technology for collaboration, coordination & delivery.
  • Quality – establish & administer the digital quality assurance control procedures.

      Qualifications

      • Communication - Fluent in Polish and English (oral and written).
      • 10+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field.
      • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology, or related discipline project execution experience or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.

      Experience:

      • Proven track record in leading information management for large frameworks or programs of work.
      • Experience in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.
      • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, CAD, etc. solutions.
      • Experience of working with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
      • Desirable understanding of digital lifecycle stages and multiple digital techniques.
