Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our sales team!

Job Summary

RethinkBH is hiring for an ABA Billing Solutions Consultant to drive sales support capacity, serving as a Rethink Integrated Billing system subject matter expert who assists the sales team in training, demonstrating and closing deals. They bridge the gap between technical revenue cycle management (RCM) and client-facing business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation: Join sales calls to conduct deep-dive demonstrations and discovery into a prospective ABA provider’s current billing challenges, demonstrating Rethink’s Integrated Billing system and solutions for solving prospect’s billing needs. Answer product-related questions from the sales team via team chat and other communication channels.

  • Solution Architecting: Work with product, marketing and sales teams to translate complex billing workflows into value propositions. Demonstrate how Rethink’s Integrated Billing system and/or services will solve the prospect's unique pain points. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, implementation and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a strong feedback loop on customer needs.

  • Sales Collateral Support: Help create technical sales materials, such as ROI calculators, case studies on reimbursement improvements, or white papers on navigating state-specific Medicaid changes. Assist with RFP/RFI responses and detailed technical documentation when required.

  • Scoping & Pricing: Lead the service-scoping process by analyzing a prospect's volume and payor mix to help the sales team build accurate, competitive pricing proposals.

  • Seamless Onboarding Transition: Act as the "knowledge bridge" between the sales and implementation teams.

  • Industry Advocacy: Represent the company on webinars and potentially at ABA conferences and networking events in conjunction with sales. Conduct business analysis and background research on customers, payors, regulatory changes, and competitors with a view to support growth for the user's business.

Qualifications

  • ABA Billing experience: recent experience in behavioral health and ABA medical billing

  • Consultative Sales Experience: Proven ability to explain technical RCM concepts to non-financial clinical directors or practice owners.
  • Policy Expertise: Deep knowledge of the latest CPT Codes, compliance, requirements, and best practices
  • Software: Mastery of top ABA platforms  (Rethink), knowledge of competitors (experience a plus) as well as clearinghouses like Office Ally or Availity.

  • Analytics: Ability to analyze a prospect's A/R aging reports and KPIs (e.g., Days Sales Outstanding) to identify "low-hanging fruit" for potential revenue recovery.

  • Relationship Management: High emotional intelligence for managing sensitive contract discussions

Benefits

  • Health, Dental, & Vision insurance

  • 401(k) + company match

  • Paid time off

  • Parental leave

  • Professional development assistance
