Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client invoicing and conduct routine billing audits

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Familiar with financial voucher/invoicing process

  • Assist with tracking of JHIF payables

  • Manage the implementation process with both the respective group and their consulting team as new JHIF groups are onboarded

  • Coordinate client service to meet day-to-day JHIF member needs 

  • Assist with JHIF reporting and regulatory filings

  • Speak with employers/employees effectively during open enrollment meetings and wellness fairs

  • Familiarization with computer systems of carriers for reference, preferably all or the vast majority of systems

  • Serve as a direct liaison between clients and carriers

  • Perform other responsibilities and assignments to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits

  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Medicare requirements a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to speak effectively with and in front of groups

  • On-site presence 5 days a week in Iselin, NJ office required

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $35 - $41. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
