Responsibilities:
Assist with client invoicing and conduct routine billing audits
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiar with financial voucher/invoicing process
Assist with tracking of JHIF payables
Manage the implementation process with both the respective group and their consulting team as new JHIF groups are onboarded
Coordinate client service to meet day-to-day JHIF member needs
Assist with JHIF reporting and regulatory filings
Speak with employers/employees effectively during open enrollment meetings and wellness fairs
Familiarization with computer systems of carriers for reference, preferably all or the vast majority of systems
Serve as a direct liaison between clients and carriers
Perform other responsibilities and assignments to meet business needs
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Medicare requirements a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to speak effectively with and in front of groups
On-site presence 5 days a week in Iselin, NJ office required

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $35 - $41. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
