IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) is the Operational excellence program globally deployed in Mondelez International. The role helps build IL6S progression for our manufacturing sites and involves significant capability building/ upskilling of colleagues within the North America region. This position is also highly focused on autonomous maintenance strategy and capability building but not restricted to.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Support the IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) including ownership for direction and adjustments needed to accelerate on our priorities
- Execute IL6S Operational Excellence Roadmap in partnership with Senior Leadership team in alignment to functional roadmaps
- Lead Manufacturing loss analyses for sponsored initiatives and train/mentor region resources on initiatives to improve Revenue, product margin, cash-flow and growth improvement plus identify opportunities for growth
- Build capability through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition. Drive Asset Reliability improvement to achieve high level of performance, reliability and utilization

- Strategic assessment capabilities as well as a vision for developing and leading IL6S across the MSC
- Thorough understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools - both in applying "hands-on" with work groups and teams; as well as ability to train/coach others in their application

What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes with TPM concept and tools application
- Solid experience on leading people in a environment of TPM application
- Track record of successful employee engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated acumen in business and finance
- Solid demonstrated experience on leading teams in manufacturing environment is required.
- Demonstrated being the leader of implementing Opex programs with TPM methodologies.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Materials), Master's degree preferred
Job specific requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in production environment leading teams required
- Strong TPM experience is a must
- 8+ years in development and implementation of industrial management systems focused on loss reduction by applying TPM and high-performance organizations
Travel requirements:
- 50% or more
Work schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
