Media & Digital Transformation is at the core of P&G brand building. Your role will be to translate business and brand growth objectives into integrated communication strategies that accelerate consumer demand, strengthen brand equity and maximize business outcomes; acting as the strategic connector between Brand, Media, Commerce, Influencer, Analytics and Agency partners so that all consumer touchpoints work together as a unified ecosystem.
As a Biddable Specialist you will:
- Design and implement programmatic campaign strategies;
- End to end execute programmatic buys: understanding targets and business objectives;
- Setup, launch, trafficking and optimizing of campaigns in the media buying platforms (DSPs);
- Have the ability to recommend an appropriate mix of strategies and tactics inside the DSP to help drive delivery critical metrics and specific media targets (brand awareness, engagement or conversions goals);
- Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPIs goals;
- Prepare deliverables and reports around pacing, optimization, and testing analyses;
- Bring innovative ideas about campaign's strategies and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting Programmatic industry trends;
- Ensure quality in Digital Programmatic campaigns’ executions (brand awareness and performance), lead end to end process (stay in sync with timings) & achieve briefed objectives;
- Connects externally to get in touch with industry & consumers trends;
- Work together with Marketing Technologist to enable deliver a consumer-centric data strategy to understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

Job Qualifications
You are a good fit if you:
- Have mandatory programmatic campaigns’ management (set up, optimization & reporting) in Digital Agency/eCommerce/Start up;
- Have knowledge working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies is highly appreciated - considered a plus;
- Are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, with analytical skills;
- Have fluency in Italian and a minimum intermediate English level;
- Have knowledge working with programmatic buying platforms such DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk;
- Are familiar with Adserving and Audit Tools (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) - considered a plus.
