Stillingsbeskrivelse
We’re looking for a BI Lead to take ownership of how we structure, deliver, and scale analytics across the organisation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead our Business Intelligence capability, ensuring that data is transformed into clear insights, strong decision support, and business impact. You will operate at the intersection of analytics, data modelling, and business, and play a key role in shaping how we work with data across teams.
As our new BI Lead, you will:
Own and evolve our BI capability
- Define and drive the overall approach to Business Intelligence
- Establish standards for data models, reporting structures, KPI definitions, and data usability
- Ensure consistency across reports, dashboards, and datasets
- Shape how AI and agentic capabilities are applied within BI — setting direction on where they add value
Lead analytics, reporting, and data modelling
- Own and evolve core datasets, Power BI and Power Apps solutions
- Take ownership of how data is structured, modelled, and exposed for reporting
- Raise the bar for how insights are communicated and used
Act as senior business partner
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape key questions and analyses
- Challenge assumptions and bring analytical rigour into discussions
- Enable teams to become more data-driven in practice
Drive BI maturity and adoption
- Translate business needs into analytical structures and data requirements
- Work with data engineers to prioritise and improve the data foundation
- Identify and lead initiatives that increase adoption and value of BI across the organization
- Increase adoption and value of BI and AI-enabled analytics across the organisation
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines analytical leadership, strong execution, and stakeholder impact – with proven experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision support, and the ability to own BI solutions end-to-end.
You'll bring:
- a solid technical foundation – you have strong experience with Power BI, semantic models and SQL, as well as a solid understanding of data modelling, dataset design, and analytical structures
- a leadership profile – you take ownership beyond individual deliverables and set direction, not just execution; you communicate complexity clearly and engage confidently with senior stakeholders; you drive progress in an environment without rigid structure
- a curiosity beyond the core – a genuine interest in how AI can extend BI, and ideally some exposure to Power Apps or other low-code tools
What we offer
This is neither a pure developer role nor a pure platform ownership role – and that's what makes it interesting. You'll own how BI works as a capability, act as the link between data foundation and business decisions and help shape how AI and agentic solutions become a natural part of how BI operates at Implement.
At Implement, you'll find few rules and guidelines, and that's on purpose. We aim to create the right conditions for talented people to do their best work, with a great deal of autonomy and a strong culture of learning, sparring, and peer development. You'll be part of an ambitious internal team where your work has direct and visible impact.
You'll know you're succeeding when reporting is trusted across the organisation, stakeholders reach for data before making decisions, and analytical discussions get sharper over time.
