As an Azure Engineer, you will:
- Manage, monitor, and administer Azure Virtual Desktop environments through the Azure portal and third-party tools such as Nerdio.
- Configure AVD settings and deploy new Azure and AVD functionalities.
- Analyze and resolve end-user issues related to virtual desktops and applications.
- Provision new Host Pools and Session Hosts based on business requirements.
- Manage existing golden images and create new images as required.
- Collaborate with application teams to resolve application-related issues on golden images.
- Configure and manage FSLogix profiles and Remote Desktop Session Host policies.
- Coordinate with Intune teams for Windows OS and application updates.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AVD operations.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of experience as an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of VDI technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Strong experience in managing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting AVD environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Digital Workplace Studio, and ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with Azure portal and third-party AVD management tools such as Nerdio.
- Strong understanding of golden images, Host Pools, Session Hosts, FSLogix, and Remote Desktop policies.
You should possess the ability to:
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop environments effectively.
- Analyze and resolve end-user issues related to virtual desktops and applications.
