Design, develop, automate, and operate secure, scalable Kubernetes-based platform services using Golang. Build automation and pipelines using Go, Ansible, and IaC; administer Linux systems; troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, networks, and COTS software; provide L2 production support; manage incidents and changes within SLAs; and improve platform reliability, security, scalability, standardization, and self-service onboarding.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Design and implement SailPoint NERM and IAM architectures for non-employee and third-party identity governance. Define vendor lifecycle management, risk-based access controls, compliance controls, risk scoring, periodic reviews, and access certifications. Integrate NERM with vendor systems, HR tools, IAM platforms, and enterprise applications through APIs and identity federation. Provide architectural guidance, analyze access risks, recommend mitigations, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Designs and architects IBM ISIM and ISAM IAM solutions, including provisioning, access entitlements, workflows, SSO, MFA, and authentication integrations. Handles complex L3 incidents, integrates IAM with enterprise applications and directories, and ensures security, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery. Leads solution design and client workshops, supports audits and governance, defines delivery strategies, and mentors junior engineers.

Manage enterprise CyberArk PAS environments, including privileged account onboarding, Safe administration, upgrades, patching, high availability, disaster recovery, failover, and integrations with directory and authentication services. Troubleshoot complex PAM issues, support compliance and reporting, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and apply security best practices across Windows, Linux, database, application, and service accounts.

Develop scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js. Build GraphQL APIs, serverless AWS solutions, event-driven integrations, and DynamoDB-backed services. Provision infrastructure with AWS CDK and implement monitoring and observability using CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry.

Develop and maintain scalable serverless applications using Python and AWS. Design event-driven solutions with Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SNS, and SQS; work with S3, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, IAM, and CloudWatch; write optimized SQL queries; and support AWS DevOps, automation, monitoring, logging, and deployment processes.

Develop and configure ServiceNow CMDB capabilities, integrations, data ingestion, CI lifecycle logic, access controls, workflows, and technical components. Owns enterprise integration architecture for ServiceNow, defining strategies, data models, source-of-truth principles, reconciliation, transformations, security, and data-quality controls. Designs integrations supporting CMDB, assets, events, monitoring, discovery, and ITOM using APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, scripted integrations, MID Server, and event pipelines. Guides developers, resolves data-quality and duplication issues, and ensures scalable, maintainable solutions across multi-team and multi-domain environments.

Lead Azure-based data migration activities for applications and COTS platforms. Design and execute ETL processes, migration strategies, SQL scripts, and validation workflows. Analyze source and target structures, identify and remediate data quality issues, and support migration in Agile environments. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, troubleshoot migration issues, manage large datasets, and ensure accurate, consistent data transfers throughout the migration lifecycle.
