Key Responsibilities
1. AVS VBP项目全流程管理
- 根据区域VBP战略,协助制定并执行具体项目方案,确保落地效果
- 以VBP Playbook为指导,跟进项目各环节执行质量,推动持续优化
- 识别项目执行中的问题与风险,提出改进建议并追踪,提升中标率与效率
2. 跨部门协同与资源协调
- 协助统筹区域内VBP项目,协调MA、销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源
- 支持投标流程中的商务文件准备、审核与优化,确保符合各省要求
- 参与VBP分销商沟通与管理,推动项目顺利实施
3. 加强 AVS VBP Funnel管理
- 与运营团队配合,加强AVS VBP Funnel 质量,提高VBP能见度
- 提高VBP 项目从中标到订单转换的商务转换率
4. 政策支持与信息传递
- 跟踪并解读全国及区域医疗设备采购相关政策,及时向团队反馈关键变化
- 协助建立与区域政府部门(卫健委\公共资源交易中心等)的沟通机制
- 与总部政府事务团队保持信息同步,确保执行一致性
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,5年以上医疗器械行业相关经验,具备VBP、市场准入或政府事务背景者优先
- 熟悉中国医疗器械采购政策及区域政府运作机制
- 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与跨部门协作能力
- 有超声、影像或耗材产品线经验者优先考虑
