Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology OR Vocational Education in Information Technology or equivalent.
Your role:
Automation & Solution Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy complex automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and custom connectors.
Build reusable components, templates, and frameworks that accelerate solution creation across hubs.
Ensure solutions follow architectural standards, platform governance, and IT compliance guidelines.
Governance & Compliance
Collaborate with the Power Platform CoE to define licensing, environment strategy, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, and platform access.
Maintain full documentation: architecture diagrams, flow logic, error‑handling procedures, data designs, tests results.
Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing
Coach Catalyst group members and citizen developers in building simple flows, apps, and agents.
Lead workshops, training sessions, and DOJOs promoting best practices in automation and AI.
Support adoption of automated processes by showcasing automation potential and conducting demos.

You're the right fit if:
Minimum Requirements
2–3 years of experience in automation, digitalization, low‑code development, or process improvement.
Strong proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Ability to design and document end‑to‑end workflow automations.
Experience working with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, BPMN).
Analytical mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams and communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: PL-900, PL-200, PL-400.
Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI integration into workflows.
Familiarity with PCC Service processes (IB, Billing, Contracts, Planning, T&M Quotations) is an asset.
Experience in training, coaching, or managing citizen developer communities.
Understanding of governance, environment strategy, connectors, and DLP policies.
