About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Operations Domain Manager to lead the evolution of our network operations into a proactive, automation-driven model. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of event, incident, change, and problem management, driving initiatives to reduce manual overhead, elevate responsiveness, and raise operational maturity. You will also lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, service delivery, and customers to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions while maintaining compliance, performance, and customer trust.
The Operations Domain Manager is responsible to support the Problem Management process and to follow the escalation path agreed in the WLA. It is also responsible for ensuring that the Operations databases are kept updated and performing at the expected performance level, to track the incident trends and identify service or resource problems (and to act to correct them or escalate to supplier/vendor).
What you will do:
• 1st & 2nd Level Assurance Operations according to Blueprint NOC Functional and Organizational definitions and EOE/MSTOP Operations processes
• 1st & 2nd level fault & problem management, escalation to supplier/vendor, escalation to other next level operations or NOC organizations, starter of defect management, workaround set up and utilization (Assurance)
• Execution and support of work orders and routine/planned technical activities on the live network, services, and processes (Assurance & Fulfillment)
• Service and network KPI and resource analysis (Assurance)
• Planning & Design, Optimization - for continuous improvement and fine tuning of the network
• Configuration management; service configuration and activation, planning and setup of activities and processes (Fulfillment)
• Assurance and support of the Change Management process of applications/services in scope; provide technical and operational requirements and specifications (Fulfillment)
• Determination of technical work and operational instruction (WI/OPI)
• Determination of Service Level Agreements and Working Level Agreements within the Governance process (Fulfillment)
• Security management; assure and support utilization of given security policies and procedures (Fulfillment)
• Budget and cost estimation, definition and control related to service and ICT systems maintenance (Fulfillment)
• Assurance and support of the utilization of specific/non-Ericsson Processes and tools when required within a Service definition
• Log handling with health checks scripts
• Escalations towards vendor support
• Dashboard (main customer's indicators tighter to the statistics), daily monitoring in parallel with 1st Level Operations
• Checking the network performance after changing network configuration
• Resource Configuration
• Risk & Impact analysis Support
• System & Application Patch Introduction
• Resource Update & Upgrade

The skills you bring:
- Strong understanding of telecom/network domains (e.g. RAN, TX, VAS, PS, Core, OSS).
- Demonstrated experience leading Event, Incident, and Problem Management functions in large-scale NOC or network operations.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, AI/ML for monitoring, and workflow orchestration.
- Proficiency in ITIL or IT service management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across multi-domain, multi-vendor environments.
- Analytical orientation with experience in defining, tracking, and improving KPIs.
- Leadership capability: coaching, mentoring, performance management.
- Experience in change governance, audit readiness, operational transformation, and compliance.
- Proactive mindset, resilience, and ability to operate under pressure.
