About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Audit Content QA Analyst to join our team working on Knowledge Coach software. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of audit content within the platform. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a foundational audit background to contribute to enhancing software solutions that support professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- QA review the correctness of documents before releasing them to customers, including word comparison against master documents for spelling and grammar.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on Knowledge Coach content updates and releases.
- Conduct some testing of application functionality.
- Collaborate with content developers, technical teams, and stakeholders to address identified issues.
- Provide feedback to improve the clarity and usability of audit-related content.
- Document and report QA findings, ensuring timely resolution of identified gaps.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in [relevant field, e.g., Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field]
- Preferred - Candidates with CA Completed / CA Inter with Articleship / ACCA.
Notice Period: 0 to 15 days (Immediate joining preferred)
Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in an audit role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English language and communication skills.
- Having prior experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, standards, and practice is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with content management or QA processes is an added advantage.
