About the role
As our Audience Category Manager, you'll help shape our audience and category ambitions, plans & strategies across the LEGO® Retail business through data & insights, strategic planning and category management principles. You'll turn complex data into actionable recommendations, support our integrated commercial planning (ICP) process, and influence decision-making across multiple audience groups and product categories. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to future product portfolio up to two years before it goes to market while still actively contributing to business performance in year withing the LEGO Group's branded retail channels.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Developed commercial forecasting, audience planning, or category performance models that informed business decisions.
- Partnered with cross-functional teams including commercial, marketing, planning, or product development functions to deliver planning or performance outcomes.
- Analysed large commercial, consumer, or audience datasets and translated findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Used Excel to develop forecasting models and improve planning projections using multiple data sources.
- Used consumer, audience, or retail performance insights to support category, marketing, or commercial planning decisions.
- Presented business cases, forecasts, or commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders and influenced planning decisions.
- Presented forecasts, insights, or business recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Used Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, or similar reporting platforms to develop dashboards and insights.
- Worked with merchandising, retail operations, demand planning, or supply chain teams to support category performance and commercial planning activities.
- Delivered performance metrics and commercial insights that supported product portfolio planning or product development decisions.

You'll join the Category Management & Promotions team within Retail & Experience Marketing. We're responsible for helping create the strongest possible shopper value proposition across product categories and audiences. The team works closely together and partners with audience owners, promotions, membership, demand planning and commercial teams. You'll be encouraged to learn, share ideas and grow your expertise while working in a hybrid rhythm that balances collaboration and flexibility. Strategic thinking, problem solving, learning agility, influencing others and clear storytelling are all part of how we work every day.
What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted owner of audience performance reporting and audience growth modelling. You'll help strengthen audience planning capabilities, improve category and audience performance tracking, and support future portfolio launches and commercial planning cycles. Working closely with Senior Category Managers, Demand Planning, Global Commercial Development and Portfolio Development teams, you'll be recognised for providing insights that help shape better business decisions and drive sustainable growth.

Skills Required
- Relevant professional experience in category management, business insights, planning, consulting, or business development
- Experience working in a global business with multicultural teams
- Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven, solution-oriented, results-focused approach
- Experience building Excel models, sourcing datasets, and developing insights for forecasting, planning, or commercial decisions
- Extensive understanding of consumer needs and the retail environment
