Main Responsibilities
- Bring outstanding Service number to key Customers by leading the cross-function alignment process.
- Maximizing Order to Deliver process to create optimum result with minimum potential conflict with other functions (Excessive stock, efficient truck load, minimum cost etc).
- Managing stakeholders’ requirements, provide and execute the solutions.
- Support Business strategies and agenda through collaborative working with CD, Business Units team, C-Ops and Factory.
- Ensuring Unilever be the best partner in the retailers’ eyes for Service.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Preferably have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain/ management/engineering related field
- Basic analytical skills (SAP, advanced excel)
- Excellence communication and influencing skills will be an advantage
- Prior minimum 1 year work experience in supply chain FMCG company would be an advantage
- Agile, proactive, curious and result oriented
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
