JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and Manage Risk: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits to maintain healthy business relationships.
- Ensure Timely Payments: To prevent overdue accounts.
- Support Distributor Profitability: Partner with the Customer Development team to help distributors achieve sustainable growth.
- Monitor Financial Security: Oversee collateral to protect company interests.
- Manage Bad Debt: Calculate provisions and maintain accurate records of bad debt expenses across all customers.
- Forecast and Report: Provide monthly forecasts of overdue to support informed decision-making and next action required.
- Manage Account Closures: Ensure smooth settlement processes with no Bad Debt.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree: Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finance with strong analytical skills
- Strategic, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Experience working with large complex data from multiple sources.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in presenting to and communicating with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
