¿Qué vas a hacer en este rol?
Como Technical Support Analyst, vas a ser parte de un equipo dinámico que brinda soporte técnico de alta calidad a clientes que utilizan dispositivos conectados a internet. Tu misión será diagnosticar y resolver incidentes técnicos, garantizando una experiencia excepcional para cada usuario.
Principales responsabilidades:
• 🧠 Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos en dispositivos como PCs, celulares, tablets, parlantes Bluetooth, termostatos, smart TVs, y más
• 📞 Brindar soporte por múltiples canales (teléfono, chat, mail) con foco en la experiencia del cliente
• 🔧 Interactuar con herramientas de diagnóstico remoto y sistemas de gestión de soporte
• 📋 Documentar soluciones y generar contenido técnico para la base de conocimiento
• 🤝 Colaborar con otros equipos para resolver casos complejos y mejorar procesos
• 📈 Participar en capacitaciones y procesos de mejora continua
Lo que buscamos:
• ✅ Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
• ✅ Secundario completo (preferentemente con estudios terciarios o universitarios en curso)
• ✅ Experiencia en atención al cliente y soporte técnico (es un plus)
• ✅ Conocimiento en soporte de PC, dispositivos móviles y tecnología Smart Home
• ✅ Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y excelente comunicación
• ✅ Manejo de herramientas informáticas, CRM y sistemas de soporte técnico
• ✅ Disponibilidad para trabajar 5 días por semana, incluyendo fines de semana
Horarios de trabajo:
El rol cuenta con horarios fijos, pero los días de trabajo rotan cada 3 o 4 meses. Esto significa que, aunque el horario asignado permanece constante, los días libres cambian de forma planificada para asegurar que todos los empleados tengan la oportunidad de disfrutar fines de semana libres durante el año.
Cuando el horario asignado incluye trabajo durante el fin de semana, el empleado recibirá un plus adicional correspondiente.
Este plus será removido cuando el horario rote y el empleado tenga libre el fin de semana.
