Role Purpose
The DAM Librarian/Admin will be responsible for the end‑to‑end operations, governance, and quality control of the Adobe DAM platform. This role ensures assets are well‑structured, properly tagged, compliant, and easily discoverable, supporting IB Research, Marketing & Brand teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations & System Management
• Manage folder structures, asset permissions, and user roles.
• Maintain configuration settings, controlled vocabularies, and metadata schemas.
• Oversee asset ingestion and enforce naming conventions and metadata rules.
• Validate and refine AI‑generated smart tags.
2. Metadata, Taxonomy & Governance Enforcement
• Maintain taxonomy, tags, hierarchical folder models, and vocabularies.
• Ensure metadata completeness and consistency through review workflows.
• Partner with teams to manage usage rights metadata.
• Maintain governance standards, playbooks, and user guidelines.
3. Quality Control, Audit & De‑duplication
• Conduct quality assurance checks on assets and metadata.
• Execute duplicate-detection and de‑duplication protocols.
• Perform periodic audits to maintain searchability and accuracy.
4. Asset Lifecycle & Stakeholder support
• Oversee lifecycle stages: ingestion, approval, publication, archival.
• Coordinate structured migrations and content clean‑ups.
• Maintain configurations and compliance checks.
• Troubleshoot user issues and support asset discovery and retrieval
Key Skills & Experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management.
• Strong grounding in taxonomy, metadata governance, and rights management.
• Experience with asset dedupe, QC workflows, and large‑scale library organization.
• Ability to collaborate across Creative, Marketing, IT, and Business.
• Preferred experience with Adobe AEM, Assets, AEM Sites & Workflow tools.
