What you will do

  • Define and implement strategies for tenders, contracts, and related business processes aligned with commercial priorities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists, monitoring performance through defined KPIs and engagement indicators

  • Manage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and high-quality deliverables

  • Drive strategic decision-making by integrating competitive insights, scenario analysis, and performance tracking (win/loss ratios, pipeline conversion)

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, compliance, legal) to strengthen business decisions and outcomes

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and internal policies

  • Monitor and optimize pipeline, contract governance, and risk management frameworks to support business planning

  • Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives (standardization, simplification, digitalization) to increase efficiency and scalability

What you need

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, Public Administration or related field

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial operations, customer service, compliance, legal, process management, tenders/contracts or similar areas

  • Proven people management experience with direct team responsibility and a strong focus on team engagement and development

  • Proven experience improving business processes or leading change initiatives

  • Fluent in Italian and English

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in regulated environments

  • Exposure to contract management or public procurement frameworks

  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations

Italy Pay Ranges:

  • Italy: €45.500 - €75.800 EUR Annual
