WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and direct the social media strategic direction, marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead the team to develop and execute team marketing visuals and multimedia content (e.g., graphics, video edits etc) for multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement & growth.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for a variety of channels including websites, campaigns, social media, emails etc.
- Conduct deep-dive market research into cultural trends, audience conversations, and content performance patterns as well as competitor benchmarking when needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing needs.
Requirements
- WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- 3-5 years of experience in a social media / digital marketing / copywriting role.
- Expressive and creative with a good grasp of consumer marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and content/ campaign planning.
- Design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma is a plus.
- Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong writing skills with good communication ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
