Job Description- Manage the end-to-end procurement process mainly for administrative and IT-related services/products in Singapore, and support other business when necessary.
- Manage the entire procurement project lifecycle, including requirements alignment, solution development, supplier sourcing, business negotiations, and service delivery.
- Handle daily procurement activities such as clear documentation, organized record updates, timely contract renewals, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in procurement, with proven ability to independently lead and execute procurement projects.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and common office tools.
- Existing relationships with suppliers in Singapore, willingness to travel and undertake short-term assignments in Singapore is a strong advantage.
- Experience in procurement for renovation projects is will be considered a plus
