WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Communicate with policyholders, partners, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
- Build strong relationships by addressing pain points, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience across all channels.
- Provide prompt, empathetic support for claims inquiries and concerns.
- Process and review claims accurately, ensuring compliance with policy terms and company guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in claims and customer experience.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, insurance) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to assess claim validity and accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Entrepreneurial, engaging and collaborative mindset.
