Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. Ro is the only company to offer nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient, end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 99% of primary care deserts.

Ro is consistently recognized as a top workplace in Health Care, in New York, and for Women and Parents—earning more than 20 honors from Fortune, Great Place to Work, and PEOPLE since 2021. In 2025 alone, we ranked top 5 among medium workplaces in Health Care and New York, and top 50 nationwide.

The Growth team at Ro is seeking a creative and performance-driven Associate Manager, Creator Content to lead paid social creative strategy across our SDF businesses (sexual health, dermatology, fertility) . This role will focus on developing and scaling high-performing UGC and creator-led advertising, building a robust creative testing roadmap informed by performance insights and social trends.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in paid social creative strategy, capable of delving into performance data, generating new ad concepts, and working with UGC creators to bring ideas to life. This role sits on the Growth team and is highly cross-functional, requiring a collaborative approach to working with a range of partners including Brand Design, Product Marketing, and Legal teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Paid social creative planning → Generate net-new creative ideas and build a UGC-based creative testing roadmap for our SDF businesses (sexual health, dermatology, fertility) based on performance insights, best practices, social trends. Drive brainstorms in partnership with Growth, Brand, and Marketing team members
  • Creator and content sourcing → Source and manage high-performing creators/partners end-to-end to produce paid social assets (storyboarding → briefing → negotiating → feedback → delivery). Build a repeatable pipeline/system.
  • Analytical skills → Understand performance marketing and measurement (think: user acquisition, CAC, creative velocity for ads on Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, and more) to identify patterns and use data to create a tight feedback loop (performance → insight → new briefs)
  • Cross functional partnership → coordinate internal flows from idea to launch. Work with brand designers, product marketing, legal, and growth to ship a high velocity of on brand, high performing creative.
  • Process improvement → Independently manage day-to-day execution and drive process optimization, making data-driven decisions in partnership with a channel lead on higher-impact strategic shifts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, UGC, influencer marketing, or related roles, ideally at a high growth consumer business (in house experience preferred).
  • Command of performance/growth marketing fundamentals and analysis (paid social creative, growth marketing metrics, test and learn) and experience with accountability for outcomes
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator content, and great creative judgment for performance UGC (scripts/hooks/CTAs; gives direct, actionable feedback).
  • Strong writing skills, especially when it comes to creative briefs and external communication with creators and partners.
  • Operationally strong (process building, project management, clear briefs, tight timelines) and highly organized.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation; comfortable partnering and influencing cross-functionally.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a track record of applying feedback to improve performance
  • Ability to independently own a body of work end-to-end, setting priorities, making day-to-day decisions, and driving execution with minimal oversight while aligning on higher-level strategy.
