Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. The Role:
To sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients that generate the most income for Razorpay.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be primarily responsible for managing strategic accounts and drive net revenue within the portfolio, with the key focus on increasing product penetration and wallet share.
- Build monthly sales funnel by identifying new use cases and untapped business opportunities within the portfoliothrough prospecting and pitches.
- Should be able to work as a consultant to the merchants and champion the product knowledge to ensure new and old use cases can be solutioned.
- Be the customer's voice, clearly communicating requirements and feedback to other departments such as banking, product development and account management.
- Cross Selling and Up-selling to the client base and growing the account to achieve the portfolio quota.
- Conducting QBR/MBR to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Attending meetings with clients inside and outside their offices to build better relationships with them.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the team lead.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Updating the CRM for any change with regard to a client.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Overall 3-5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management/Sales in B2B space.
- Knowledge of best customer service practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Go-getter attitude.
