ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities- Managing up to 3 feature teams;
- Reporting progress and risks to senior producer;
- Engage with department leads and the development team to define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules;
- Reporting or removing blockers encountered by teams;
- Taking care of timely delivery of features
Must have:
- 1+ years of experience in games production;
- Experience with Agile methodologies;
- Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with developers, technical artists and key stakeholders within the company or partner teams;
- Fluent English language skills (B2);
- Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication;
- Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project;
- Ability to describe needs and requirements clearly;
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
- Experience with projects for mobile platforms (Android, iOS);
- Understanding of Unreal Engine;
- Experience with version control software (Perforce, Github)
Skills Required
