Join us in driving growth for the LEGO brand in Turkiye, leading the eCommerce Marketing and Retail Media efforts to elevate our brand’s presence, optimize partner performance, and deliver exceptional retail experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Own end to end retail media performance across assigned platforms, driving traffic, visibility, conversion, revenue and ROAS
- Lead paid media planning, execution, and optimization across onsite and offsite channels, including sponsored ads, search, and display campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance tracking to ensure efficient investment and delivery
- Drive SEO, content, and product listing optimization to improve organic visibility, conversion, and overall consumer experience
- Lead e merchandising execution across brand stores, banners, category placements, and onsite visibility in partnership with platform and e-merch teams
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring high quality execution, strong performance delivery, and alignment with brand and platform strategies
- Partner cross functionally with sales, supply, content, and regional/global teams to align campaigns, inventory, communication, and execution priorities
- Monitor platform and competitor performance, generate actionable insights and reports, and lead execution readiness for launches, seasonal campaigns, and key platform events

The Associate B2B Ecommerce Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the LEGO brand’s growth across the most important digital commerce platforms in Turkiye. By leading customer’s marketing and retail media efforts the role ensures that ecommerce is a key growth engine for the BU.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience in the ecommerce marketing and retail media function within consumer goods and/or retail
- Previous experience working with Amazon, Hepsiburada and/or Trendyol in Turkiye
- Solid understanding of ecommerce fundamentals including assortment, pricing, promotions, and retail media
- Proven technical skills and ability to translate channel data into insights and take data driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage joint business plans with large ecommerce partners
- Fluency in English and Turkish languages
