  • Own churn management, retention programs, and executive business reviews.

  • Identify risks and growth opportunities across the customer base.

Accelerate Digital Revenue

  • Oversee e-commerce performance across European markets and channel partners.

  • Optimize digital sales channels, conversion performance, and lead hand-off processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data, analytics, and commercial insights.

Lead & Influence

  • Develop and inspire a team of seven commercial professionals.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal Engineering, Finance, and senior leadership.

  • Present business performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations at executive level.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of success in enterprise SaaS, legal technology, or professional services sales leadership.

  • Proven experience winning and managing complex, multi-country enterprise deals.

  • Track record of exceeding new business targets and delivering sustainable growth.

  • Experience leading high-performing sales, retention, or customer success teams.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-growth environments.

  • Experience in legal tech or professional services is advantageous.

  • Lead both acquisition and retention, giving you full commercial impact.

  • Play a pivotal role in scaling one of the most innovative AI platforms in the legal industry.

  • Build, influence, and shape the next stage of Libra's European growth story.
