Overview:
Experience 3 years of fund-raising and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising experience. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. - Coordinates fundraising events and campaigns.
- Develops and maintains relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Prepares reports on foundation activities and outcomes.
- Collaborates with team members to achieve fundraising goals.
- Ensures compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with people of all ages and backgrounds. Must be equally comfortable with public speaking and one-on-one communication.
- Demonstrated personal initiative, devotion to hospital mission and on-going personal education and development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:
One year of fund-raising, sales or relevant experience, preferred.
