The Associate Director, Auto Verifications provides strategic and operational leadership for the Auto Verifications team, ensuring quality, service, productivity, and fraud prevention standards are consistently achieved. In the Role
  • Lead and develop managers responsible for Auto Verification operations, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Establish and monitor performance, quality, service, productivity, and fraud prevention standards.

  • Identify and lead process and technology improvements that increase efficiency, reduce expense, and enhance the customer and dealer experience.
  • Use data and business insights to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Communicate business performance, risks, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer lending, auto finance, verification, fraud, risk, or related financial services operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing managers and high-performing teams.
  • Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of risk, fraud prevention, compliance, and operational controls.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead through change, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Leadership experience within auto finance, consumer lending, or verification operations.
  • Experience partnering with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams.
  • Experience leading process improvement, technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
