Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will support and own campaign planning and trafficking for our emerging businesses and platforms.
The role's primary focus is the execution of social media buys across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest supporting our emerging business priorities. Joining a team of platform experts who are in ad platforms every day, the role's responsibilities include executing media buys through hands on keyboard campaign set-up and ad trafficking, media planning, day-to-day campaign implementation, reporting, data analysis, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, and optimizing against our target KPIs. The ideal candidate is relentless, data-driven, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role sits within our high-performing, metrics-driven performance marketing team that works collaboratively on strategies to drive active customer growth. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about marketing technology, data analysis, platform function, audience segmentation, and creative strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Hands on keyboard execution of campaigns based on provided targeting, budget, and creative while ensuring correct ad formats, placements, and audience selection, across emerging business lines (Equine, Exotics, and Fresh Food)
- Pacing campaign spend, making daily budget adjustments, and providing social strategy recommendations, test planning, and data reporting through custom dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
- Constantly analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities while keeping up to date with social trends
- Leverage platform automation to drive the full funnel marketing performance of growing active customers
- Implement structured tests around campaign incrementality, creatives, audiences and bid strategies
- Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Understand when (and why) to escalate issues
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in paid social marketing in an agency or ecommerce setting
- Experience with paid social media platforms
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self-starting mentality with the ability to problem solve and seek out help when needed
- Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks that requires ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail with a strong, positive, and pro-active attitude
- Position may require travel
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
