Job Title: Cross-Channel Operations Associate (PF1)

Role Overview:
The Cross-Channel Operations Associatesupports the coordination and cross-channel execution of enterprise communications across NYL's internal digital ecosystem. This role focuses on traffic management, campaign packaging, and operational alignment across email, the employee portal, and digital display channels. Working in partnership with Editorial and Digital Workplace teams, this role helps ensure communications are organized, sequenced, and delivered consistently across platforms.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within established processes to ensure timely and accurate communication execution.
What You'll Do:
Digital Platform Execution Support
- Support cross-channel preparation and activation of approved communications across internal digital platforms, coordinating with channel owners to ensure timely deployment.
- Maintain centralized oversight of intake, approvals, and milestone tracking, identifying workflow bottlenecks to support alignment and execution.
- Publish and update approved content within digital platforms in accordance with established templates and governance standards.
- Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility guidelines prior to distribution.
Workflow & Project Support
- Update project status and track milestones within internal project management tools.
- Support intake workflows and maintain visibility into publishing timelines across digital channels.
- Assist with coordination of approvals and cross-channel scheduling.
- Maintain organized records of assets, versions, and publishing history.
- Provide overflow execution support during high-volume periods.
- Step in to support critical publishing functions during team capacity gap.
Campaign Packaging & Distribution Support
- Support packaging campaigns across multiple channels.
- Assist with readiness and sequencing.
- Provide overflow support during high-volume periods.
Content Formatting & Packaging
- Format and prepare editorial content for digital distribution across email, intranet, and signage.
- Embed images, links, and multimedia assets within templates.
- Make light formatting adjustments to ensure clear presentation.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Assist in gathering basic engagement metrics across channels.
- Help prepare simple reporting summaries for internal review.
- Support documentation of workflows and publishing standards.
What You'll Bring:
- 0-2 years of experience in communications, digital publishing, marketing, or related field.
- Exposure to email platforms, content management systems, or digital publishing tools (e.g., Staffbase, Interact Software & Appspace).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of digital engagement metrics is preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML or formatting tools is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to support time-sensitive or critical communications during extended coverage periods, as needed.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $51,500-$70,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
