Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field
- Technical Skills:
- RCM Domain knowledge of end-to-end business
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Databricks and advanced Excel
- Ability to understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Ability to overt data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Ability to create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency
- Ability to analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish (TAT)
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
- Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
- Ability to work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
- Non-Technical Skills:
- Experience of 4+ years in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management across all functions
- Ability to interact with business as well as technical teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
- Solid communication and client management skills
- Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
- Ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development
- Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team
- Ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations
- Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proven self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proven team player and able to lead and initiate
- Should be willing to work in US timings (5.30PM IST - 3.00AM IST)

Skills Required
