Primary Responsibilities:
- Use the BI tools efficiently to cater to the needs of the business and improvise the outcomes
- Be able to articulate the key performance indicators (KPIs) in RCM vertical with clear objectives will be an added advantage
- Create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency
- Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish (TAT)
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
- Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Non-Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field
- 8+ years in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management across all functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
- Demonstrated solid communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to interact with business as well as technical teams
- Proven ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
- Proven ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development
- Proven ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team
- Proven ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations
- Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proven self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proven team player and able to lead and initiate
- Willing to work in US timings (5.30PM IST - 3.00AM IST)
- Technical Skills:
- RCM Domain knowledge of end-to-end business
- Understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Databricks and advanced Excel
- Proven ability to convert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization
