The Role

Job Description

Join LEGO® Retail’s Performance Marketing team and help grow our Affiliate Marketing programme across EMEA. You’ll manage relationships with key partners and agencies, optimise campaigns, and turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable results. In this fast-paced, regional role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, test bold new ideas, and play a key part in bringing more shoppers into the LEGO® brand retail channels.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location (Copenhagen only) and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

The closing date for all applications will be Tuesday 30th September 2025.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Affiliate Marketing programme in EMEA, with a particular focus on CEEMEA markets, by driving partner relationships, optimising performance, and testing new growth ideas.

  • Manage day-to-day affiliate operations including tracking links, creative assets, budgeting, reporting, and campaign execution in partnership with our network agency Rakuten Advertising.

  • Analyse and report on performance data, translating insights into clear storytelling and actionable recommendations for commercial and marketing stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, SEO, Brand Relations, and regional marketing leads to align affiliate activity with wider digital campaigns and sales objectives.

  • Support and optimise promotional activity by ensuring affiliate partners receive timely localised assets, promotions, and product seeding opportunities to maximise visibility and sales.

  • Prioritise effectively in a complex environment, balancing multiple regional requests, budgets, and stakeholders while focusing on high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Digital marketing experience with hands-on affiliate marketing exposure across major networks (e.g. Rakuten, AWIN, CJ, Webgains, Amazon Associates), across a global or regional (multi-country) landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills, confident working with Excel and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google/Adobe (or others) Analytics) to turn data into actionable insights and stories.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a solid grasp of performance KPIs and financial principles.

  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, able to present clearly to both senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organised and structured approach, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Curious and proactive approach, eager to test, innovate, and problem-solve to deliver measurable impact.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
