Key Responsibilities

Our Key Account Manager / Assistant Key Account Manager will plan and execute robust Go-To-Market strategies for Haleon brands. Strong sales fundamentals to drive consumption of brands using customers and shoppers’ insights. Build an effective long-term relationship with customers to deliver sustainable sales and profits growth.

  • Formulate sales strategies to ensure achievement of the annual sales plan, achieve sales volume and gross to net targets.
  • Define E-commerce and Japanese Department Stores Go-To-Market strategies by customers and category, drive effective segmentation to maximize business ROI
  • Continue to drive channel profitability and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities
  • Maintain good customer partnership to implement best in class category management principles and deliver outperformed market result
  • Contribute to the creation and execute the channel vision and strategy and drive execution excellence in all aspect
  • Ensure KPI are properly coordinated and executed, ongoing review performance for improvement
  • Responsible for building an accurate forecast for the customers based on growth opportunities and promotions
  • Establish effective collaboration across functions like trade marketing, supply chain, finance etc to deliver business objectives
  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure visibility and availability in the stores, execute displays and merchandising with speed and excellence. Market intelligence to understand competitive landscape and impact

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years' sales experience in Key Account Management
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
