Job Description: 

Position Summary:
Typical pre-sales activities include gaining understanding of customer's business and analysis of customer's system and product needs. Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions

Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired from advanced education. Typically requires a four year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.
