Job Specifications: 

  • Service large line accounts including; evaluate existing coverages, and make recommendations as needed.
  • Receive, review, and forward invoices, policies, endorsements and other documents as necessary.
  • Review and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binder specifications.
  • Prepare applications, marketing specifications, and proposals. 
  • Prepare premium allocations
  • Apply proficiency of loss analysis
  • Assure proper disposition of items on expiration lists
  • Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines

 

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years with large lines servicing experience, preferably with broker

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
  • Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to work within designated time frames
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • P&C License preferred

 

The expected pay range for this position is $32.97 an hour to $37.64 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
