Associate Account Executive - Commercial Lines

We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Executive to assist with all phases of P&C account management from marketing, processing, invoicing and documenting.

This position is open to any of our NY, NJ, CT, MA, & PA offices.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior CSR with all parts of client management, quoting, renewing, analyzing, creating certificates, documenting in Epic, invoicing and all stages of insurance processing.
• Client Servicing and communication
• Pulling and reviewing policies from carrier websites
• Understanding coverages and insurance limits
• Review client invoice or billing history, respond to inquiries
• Create certificates of insurance, endorsement requests, binders and Accord applications within Applied Epic
• Ensure client's needs are met in a timely manner

• 3 years P&C experience at a retail insurance agency. 
• Valid P&C license required
• Experience with agency management system, EPIC required
• Knowledge of business insurance coverages including GL, PL, Umbrella, Business Auto, EPLI and others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• The ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The expected pay range for this position is $38.46 an hour to $49.45 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
