We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice - HR to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. The individual will primarily support new joiner induction, employee engagement initiatives, and HRBP analytics / ops while gaining hands-on experience across HR functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Joiner Induction & OnboardingWelcome and assist new employees on their joining day
Coordinate induction schedules and logistics (conference rooms, materials, system access)
Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs
Act as the first point of contact for new joiners for any queries
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
Coordinate logistics for town halls, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and analysis
Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture
Prepare reports and dashboards related to onboarding and engagement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Admin, IT, Payroll) for seamless operations
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers encouraged to apply
