The Appraisal Coordinator, reports to the Director, Project Management Appraisal, will be the primary contact for all appraisal requests (Physical Appraisal & Desktop Opinion). The Appraisal Coordinator will be responsible to responds to all paid appraisal requests in a timely manner and discusses the various appraisal services RB can provide to the customer to ensure the correct appraisal (Physical Inspection Appraisal or Desktop Opinion Valuation and ASA Certified Multiple Value Appraisal)based on the customer’s specific requirements. Reviews asset lists provided by the customer to ensure reliable values can be provided on all assets, and provides the customer with estimated costs associated with the service selected.
Responsibilities- Responds to all paid appraisal requests in a timely manner and discusses the various appraisal services RB can provide to the customer to ensure the correct appraisal (Physical Inspection Appraisal or Desktop Opinion Valuation and ASA Certified Multiple Value Appraisal or Desktop Valuation) based on the customer’s specific requirements.
- Review asset lists provided by the customer to ensure reliable values on all assets and provide the customer with estimated costs associated with the selected service. Gives guidance and reviews on all letters of engagement prior to sending them to the customer for execution. Reviews all appraisal data to ensure the information provided by the inspector is consistent, sufficient, and follows RB Equipment Standards Guidelines and current Taxonomy.
- Develops and maintains communication and cooperation with all RB personnel. Notifies the appropriate regional person when a paid appraisal request is received directly from the customer. Notifies appropriate SVA, RSM, and TM when a paid appraisal or desktop opinion is ready to price then provides them with a date the appraisal or desktop opinion is due to the customer.
- Assists all sales teams within RB with deal-related appraisal imports and exports as required.
- Responds promptly to any issues that may arise with customers or internal personnel regarding paid appraisals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years’ experience ideally working in sales or remarketing in the Construction, Agriculture, and Transportation sectors.
- Work in a typical Business office environment
