We’re hiring an Application Specialist to support growing demand for our healthcare software as we expand our client base and product offerings. This role is key to ensuring smooth deployments, resolving complex technical issues, and optimizing system performance in clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EHR applications development and integration, following InterSystems' methodologies.
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for escalated issues.
- Diagnose and resolve data integrity, performance, and code-level issues.
- Develop scripts, tools, or minor fixes to enhance reliability and client workflows.
- Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of new releases.
Qualifications
Programming
- Proficient in JavaScript and Angular; familiarity with Python and Cache ObjectScript is a plus.
Documentation
- Skilled in writing technical documentation.
Data & Integration
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
- Experience integrating with EHR systems.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Preferred Experience
- InterSystems IRIS, Caché, or Ensemble: knowledge of database design, message routing, and healthcare workflows.
